I have had nothing but problems trying to get the billing correct from this company. I have experienced up to 45 minutes hold time trying to talk to an actual person. In all but 2 of the people I was able to talk to I had the rudest customer service people. I was never treated like a customer and was very upset with the way they handled the calls.

 

I had 2 different plans with T Mobile and tried cancelling one for several months before we were finally able to cancel. Then to get the proper payments applied was another story. I asked them to send a print out of my bill showing all charges and my payments since there was a problem with their website and I could not access it that way. I have since talked to 3 different people and still have not received a final bill on the account. I received a letter from a collection agency yesterday and will be writing to them next. I have just this month cancelled the one remaining line I had and have switched to another provider. I believe some thing should be done with this company because of the way they are treating their customers. Thank you, Sharon
