SBC phone & DSL service Every few months, I have to cancel another service SBC company has added to my bill without permission. The bills are difficult to understand, and customer service never lays out all of the options, obscuring true pricing. To say that I am frustrated is an understatement. So much of my time and money have been wasted dealing with SBC. Such actions should be illegal, and probably are. The trouble is that consumers have no other options in terms of phone service. Further, many don't want to deal with the hoops your "customer service" system requires in order to make bills correct or file proper complaints. Avoid purchasing any services from SBC if at all possible. They will work to take every cent they can from you.
