Beachbody is a corporations that does infomercials on television

that sound really good. You think you are purchasing one item,

you want to purchase one item, and this company sales reps are

trained to attempt to sell you extra things that you do not want or

need. Furthermore, BE CAREFUL when ordering. You need to

write down EXACTLY what the television says, which I did, and

then compare it to what the customer sales representative will

represent as the cost of the produce and any shipping and

handling costs. And BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN THEY

MENTION FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING. It does not

happen with these folks. They will charge for shipping and

handling--both ways you will pay. They will only refund the price

of the product regardless of any misreprensentation on their

part.

I only ordered a fitness video from them. That's all that I wanted.

Not pills, not small pieces of exercise equipment, and not to be

signed up with a monthly delivery membership of various

products.

It is my experience that I will never buy anything produced or

sold from Beachbody. Their customer service sales people

are pretty agressive.

If you decide to do business with them, please document everything.

On 12-27-05 I ordered this product. I returned their product to them

unopened, sent back at my expense as they requested. I chose

to send it certified mail, return receipt requested. Their employee

signed for the return package on 1-17-06. I had been told that the

refund would occur 7-10 business days after the physical return.

I called today, 1-31-06, and they still showed no mention of a return,

said it could be in process, and the customer service rep said he

sent a note to the Returns Department.

This has been a lot of hassle for such a small item. I'm sticking with

Wal-Mart on fitness video purchases, or even a local sporting goods

store would not have been this much hassle, nor would I be $6.95 x 2

in shipping and handling. No way the video could be worth $14.95 +

6.95 + 6.96 ! ! I could have bought at least 2 or 3 videos for that

amount in a store close to me.

Do you think of yourself as a size?

I hope if dogs ever take over the world, and

they choose king, they don't just go by size,

because I bet there are some Chihuahuas with

some good ideas.

I am having the exact same problem only they have charged me a second time out of nowhere, I have been dealing with this mess for 2 months now. I decided to contact the BBB today in order to get this resolved.
