When I experienced poor customer service in my inial contact with this particular store location. I should have known it was real. The store Supervisor Jim P. was ill-informed, deceptive and plain rude in our communications. In spite of my feelings and after a apology from the Owner of the store, I went ahead to the store to sell them my used Total Gym.

The problem started as I entered the store the superivsor was again rude and irrating. I used a blanket to assist me in the transport of my gym. I left in a hurry and forgot the blanket. I contacted the store the very next day. Only to be told by this Jim P. that it was thrown in the trash the same night I left it. They didn't even try to contact me or wait to see if I would contact them. That's how I know it was done intentionally.

Do not deal with these people. They will not only give you less for your equipment than you would other wise get but they will treat you just like trash and provide no happy feelings.
