PHILIPS AZ2536 replacement with other model..Next showroom at Malkajgiri

Dear sir

I purchased PHILIPS AZ2536 MODEL system on 22 Dec 2005 from Next best

showroom at Malkajgiri, Hyderabad.

My concern:

I told ur sales executives that i need a system basically for voice audio

recording purpose through Microphone, as per ur showroom people, it will

work once we connect the MIC which is not available at their showroom. Then

i purchased the system based on their terms/assurance but the system is not

supporting voice recording as i have connected with MIC ( External ), only

i can listen the voice but not recording!!!!!!!!!

I am already having 2400Watts system and home theater!!! what can i do with

this????Pls. replace the system with my required model as i am not getting

proper response from ur showroom people ( I.E. Raju and Vinod ) they are

giving rude answers when i contacted them on phone...
