Management /Customer complaint Blockbuster Online Rentals: From April of 2005 till Jan 2006 Blockbuster took payment from my checking acct--BUT i never rented anything. There was an error on the page so therefore I did'nt think it went through. They refunded me one month and say thats all I'm entitled to even though I never rented anything.Due to their mistake they never bothered to contact me via email or telephone or regular mail. I think this is very poor businness practice and believe I'm entitled to a full refund.After countless calls and no-one returns my calls I want this matter resolved OR I WILL call the BBB and my local newsstations.please reply to my email address via more info.
