Item Not Received

On December 17, 2005, I ordered four DVD's from a2zcds.com. I used PayPal to pay them and my charge went through both PayPal and my bank on

Deccmber 19, 2005. Right after Christmas I contacted them and they said they were sure it would come in a day or so. So, I waited, and my order still didn't come. I contacted them again and asked them to resend it and, when it didn't come again, I repeated my request to remail it and it still didn't come. Then, I asked that they please send it via UPS and get a tracking number. They emailed me and said they would send it UPS the next day. I guess I am out $104.70. They won't answer my emails now.
