ICICI Debit Card

Hi,

Iam Software Engineer working in Bangalore. I hold ICICI International Debit Card. I was not using my account for almost 6 months and my salary also doesn’t get debited to my account. Recently I deposited Rs.1000/- to my account, to transfer my phone bill. But when I saw the amount in my account it was only Rs.150 /-. If I call up the Customer Care and asked for the same they replied me saying because you have not used your account for past 6 Months we have deducted it. I was on the intension of closing the card, so I did not use it. But how can these people play with the Customer’s money without informing. ICICI did not send me any letter stating such an amount would be deducted. Is this the way to behave with the Customer, by saying “HUM HAI NA”. Apart from this I also had ICICI Credit Card which ICICI has tortured me took money from my Savings Account as ECS on Credit Card. It’s a hectic story and experience. These MNC Banks have come inside India to cheat people rather than helping them. They pose rules whatever they want to themselves and play with the Customer’s money. So my friends please, please don’t believe debit, credit cards and any products promised by ICICI.
