I signed up for a FREE 30 day trial account on January 4,2006. On Jan 4,2006 they billed my credit card for $12.95,the cost of my FREE trial service. On Jan 5 I received a call from a bank employee regarding 2 bounced checks. As I checked into this I see they had billed my card and therefore overdrawn my account. Yes $12.95 cut my account too close that month. It is now Jan 31, 2006 and still haven't seen my $12.95 and will never see any of the extra costs they caused me to incurr by long distance phone calls to customer service who can't understand english, bounced check fees and all around pain in the rear. I am going to pursue some sort of legal action as soon as I figure out what will be the most devastating to them and the business.
