CRAFTMATIC SALES COMPLAINT #2 This is my second complaint letter regarding Craftmatic Bed Company. I still haven't recieved any monies due me. And I'm in awe that Craftmatic think their paperwork and $5.00 hand massager is actually worth $400.oo. I really wished that there was something that I could do. I've called them and still haven't gotten matters resolved. The exective Sales Manager, Mo Magari is way to arrigant for his own good. To take advantage of the sales staff and the public. The sales leads are supposed to be free and yet he charges the sales force $50.oo each, the cost of what he says that he pays for them. All I want is my $400.oo back and they can keep the bonuses I've earned along with my commissions. But I do want what's mine. I've wasted time and money and wear and tear on my vehicle that no longer runs. Actually I've went thru two (2) cars running their leads. The only person who believes me works in payroll and knows that I've sent back all of their paperwork and their massager. Just because I followed someone advise on where to return the materials and not informed to get insurance on the stuff, doesn't mean I did not return it. My name was all over the box along with where to ship it to. That shipment cost me over $38.oo. Nothing but contract forms and other paperwork. "Now am I supposed to believe that the U.S. Postal Service service didn't do their job and deliver it to them and yet not return it to me"? Come on Craftmatic - Someday you will have a major Class Action LawSuit on your hands and it will cost you alot more than what it's worth. I'd like to suggest that anyone with any kind of Complaint against Craftmatic write it on Complaints.Com or respond to my complaint and I will make sure that they will properly forwarded to Legal Assistance that will hopefully represent us.
