complaint on ur product

Dear sir,

This is for ur information that I had bought SANSUI TV., Model FU21-EYEB640707245,

Which Has ur product LOT18C4C27,FSY 20A099(v),20040424 A,these are the values i can see on the slip,

Since this product has a problem we have registered a complaint, but the service people say this product has a problem and they had received many complaints and tehy have to replce it and that is costing RS.800 We have aggreed and asked them to replace it. The tecnitien had come and replced it. After paying the money the product is .So i asked him to i need the ruiened one he says he need it we have to return to them. I asked him why? then He said to speak to Service engineer. ok Spoken to then he sad to the tecnition to remove the product and bring it to him. He removed the product and took it back.

Now our tv is not working due to poor service and low quality product.

What action would u take?
