dear sir,

i am a resident of indore and on 29th of jan 2006 i went to big bazar in indore and bought the above mentioned items in the subject.Over there the offer for the particular product was - any one iterm costs 45 Rs and any both of the items costs 60 Rs. Accordingly i bought both items but while paying 60 Rs i was told that i have to pay 90 Rs and not 60 Rs and the particular mismanagemrnt was told in a very rude and misbehaviour attitude.On asking about it the reply was that they did not behave and insulted me in front of everybody.Later on i was given the items as per the offer but my time was wasted and above all i was insulted.

please see to this mismanagement and that they do not misbehave in near future.
