Customer Service Support is absolutely horrible!!

I wanted to cancel my service and was on hold for over 2 hours and finally hung up with frustration. The next day I called again and left the speaker phone on and again no one answered for over two hours and again I hung up very frustrated. I tried to call several of the other options and still no one answered within 20 minutes.

How do you get a hold of these people to cancel. I will NEVER recommend this service due to the lack of Customer Service support.
