Because of a computer glitch, I ended up ordering two (instead of one) corkscrews. I called the store as soon as I noticed the mistake and asked them to only send one. The person answering the phone said he would remove it from the order. When I received two corkscrews, I called again, and was told that within a week I would be given a FedEx number to use for returning the item. After almost two weeks, I called again, and was told to send the item back. I did so. It arrived at the store 12/23. I then called the week after New Year's and asked how long the refund would take. I was told it would be issued by the end of the week. It was not. I called again maybe 10 days later, and was told again it would be by the end of the week, the date of which would be Jan. 20. Still no refund. I called again last week, and was told it takes 30 days from receipt, but it had already been 30 days. Now, when I call, there is no answer. I will never, ever, use this company again for any purchase.
