Columbia House DVD CLUB Not RISK FREE!

Columbia House DVD CLUB Not RISK FREE! I was on another website, taking a survey to win a scholarship for college back in November of 2005 when I foundout about this company! Inorder to complete the entry form process, you have to select 4-5 Companies in which you'd want information from.So I picked Columbia House as one of them and they Emailed me.Since they claimed that I could have these DVD's RISK FREE, with no commitment or obligation, I went to their website just to see what kind of movies they had, and I only liked 5.They were initially supposed to be discounted or free, but you'd pay shipping and handling! Meanwhile, I never recieved anything from them until December,or January 2006! And they debited my Debit Card For a Movie they picked for Me, Plus turned my Debit card info over to another company called GREAT FUN! GREAT FUN was stealing my money too! When I called Columbia House on January 27th, A Customer service Rep. answered and said that an email will be sent to me with my confirmation number , but it never did! I've contacted them again ,even today(1/30/2006) and finally got a response, but they say no one will be able to straighten out this problem until 2 days, to a week!I reported them to the FTC because they took more money out today! GREAT FUN on the other hand gave my lawyer a confirmation number, and supposedly cancelled their account for me when I had him call on Thursday! But can someone give me some input on a company like that ? Can anyone intervene in this situation!
