Poor service at Blockbuster Online

Dear Complaints.com:

I have received very poor service during my second month with Blockbuster

Online. I signed up for three DVDs out at a time, and have only been sent

a few the entire month. The first month's service was fine. I have written

their customer service and have repeatedly been sent back a list of reasons

why service is so slow, such as, they don't ship on Sundays, they have no

control over the U.S. Postal Service, etc. etc.!!! But these reasons are

not valid, because it's not an issue of the DVDs taking a long time in the

mail -- the issue is that these movies are not being shipped in the first

place!! They are just sitting in my queue and for some reason Blockbuster

does not ship them!! I am very frustrated both with their service, and

their lack of response to this problem.

Do you have any ideas as to what I should do?
