PSC1 TELEPHONE SERVICE PSC1 NORTH HOLLYWOOD CALIFORNIA We have had poor to no service for 30 days, this conpany has cost us a ton of problems as we have a had days without service on our telephone and fax lines.
Their service people can't fix the problems their surpervisors are not available etc. etc....when we tell them we are going to hold payment until they address and fix our problems they respond by telling us they will turn off our service......WHAT SERVICE WE ASK.
We got envolved with this company because they took over our carrier and it has been a disaster.
Their should be an investigation into this company, they are costing us alot of money and loss of our customers trust in us servicing them, they might even be costing lives ...telephones are that important. Authorities need to look into this companies NEGLIGENCE.
We are chaging ASAP
