Distinct Advantage

Distinct Advantage I read other complaints on your website regarding this company – they are TERRIBLE!
Distinct Advantage apparently called my home office number regarding a trial membership. I do not recall this conversation and I certainly would never give my checking account information out! I also received a package about this offer and a trial membership on the day the trial membership expired! I’ve read on your website that this seems to be standard practice. I immediately called the company and cancelled this mess. Two weeks later my checking account was debited $59.95 without my consent. I called AGAIN and cancelled and still was billed the next month for an additional $19.95. This time I called, made sure to get a live person and a name who told me there was no request for cancellation on my account. I was furious enough already and was then told to get my money back I had to call my bank representative and get them to place a 3-way call between me, the bank and the company to confirm withdrawal. When I inquired as to why if I had my bank statement, I was told it was “company policy”. This is absolutely unacceptable and someone has to do something about this company.
