Alltel Alltel This company has some of the rudest customer service reps. I’ve ever encountered. When I asked a question regarding a bill dispute , the woman on the other end was snapping at me and cutting across me when I attempted to voice my complaint. Ever since we upgraded our service to having more minutes, we are being charged triple for the service. I counted the minutes used & Alltel claims we were 1237 minutes over. Even though my phone and their own digital system verified what I was saying. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a cell phone company. When I was with suncom I never had this problem, not even one time. Now they are still insisting that we pay for minutes we did not use and if we cancel the service, they charge $200. This is in my opinion a step short of racketeering. I will never deal with this company again. They are by far the worst company I’ve dealt with.
