Airtel's wrong Billing on use of Mobile No.9892528246

Sir,

I am the user of the Airtel Mobile No.9892528246.The said mobile is in the

Mahindra Corporate under Airtel One 150 Plan(October 2004) for the Employees

of it's Farm Equipment Sector at Kandivali(E).Threre have been instances of

wrong billing in the past ,it is being continued and no accountability is

shown inspite of complaining in their customer care executive time and

again.I am only assured by the customer care executive but nothing happened

further.I furnish below the facts.

by me.(There is tottaling mistake Total should be 458.52 instead of

Rs.465.47)

Mr. Vrushali.

She only assured to do the needful but did not take responsibility of

previous wrong billing.

The total wrong billing out of the above 3 bills as on date is Rs.132.34.In

view of the fact that,there is nobody from Airtel to resolve the complaint,I

am constrained to deduct the above amount of Rs.132.34 from the bill at

Sr.No.3 above and if no cognizance is taken for resolution of the issue I

may severe the relationship as customer and discontinue the usage of the

mobile.

I request your intervention to voice the aforesaid grievance and resolve the

complaint immediately.
