kfc/taco bell in hot Springs, Arkansas

the kfc/taco bell in hot springs, Arkansas is always slow getting orders taken and filled. If you go thru the drive-thru you can count on being there for at least 20 mins. Today I decided to go in, WRONG, I was in line for 15 mins before I decided to just leave. There was a couple, one lady, two ladies and one gentleman in front of me. In the 15 mins I waited only the couple and the one lady had there orders taken and served. I only saw 1 car get there order and money collected for the next. This was at 12:45pm. There was 1 manager, 1 girl working the front, 1 girl working the drive thru and 2 people working the kitchen. Today I have just had it with them, it's like that every day. I went down the road to Wendy's and was in and out of the drive thru in 3 mins, this was with 4 cars ahead of me. Got very hot and fresh food with wonderful service.
