Unauthorized MCI Charge

I have contacted Public Utility Commission of Texas concerning an unauthorized MCI charge on our Verizon telephone bill. PUC indicated that it is necessary to file a written complaint with a copy of this unauthorized charge on the Verizon bill which I have done. We would appreciate receiving what further action is in order to remove this unauthorized charge from our telephone bill. The MCI account number on the bill is 5 BT 16012.
