Tracfone Wireless Inc., 8390 NW 25th St., Miami, FL: It's impossible to get

my two new phones activated to use the 600 minutes I purchased (cost over

$300). I can't get through to customer service to resolve the issue--either

over the phone or via the website.

Help! It's impossible for me to get these phone working.


I purchased two Motorola V170's and two 300-minute card (to the tune of over

$300) three weeks ago. I've been kicked off of your 800 number at least a

dozen times after holding forever with the message that your lines are busy.

Your website is not helpful to activate the phones either, giving me the

error message that "the tracfone you have purchased is not compatible with

your local calling area. Please contact customer care." Well, I would, but

that's the number that keeps disconnecting me after holding forever...


I'm stuck in a loop. Even your customer care email won't take my complaint.

It says I need to have my phone activated before I can register a problem.

The fact that I can't activate my phone in the first place is the problem.


One reason I bought this system is because you were rated high in customer

service. I was tired of working with wireless companies that I couldn't

reach and was looking forward to working with a company that connects with

customers. Hello, is anyone out there?


Please help me activate the phone or get me a refund.
