Tiscali's abominable Broadband service Unwisely I chose subject ISP in February 2005 and until September of that year, when I switched to a cable provider with whom I have been very satisfied with their service so far, I experienced months of frustration with Tiscali. I understand thre have been thousands of people who echo this view. I have exchanged numerous e-mails on the subject with Tiscali complaints dept.seeking compensation but to date I am still awaiting their positive response.
