Joy Mangano's clothes it all luggage

I purchased Joy Mangano's luggage set and found it was very

heavy and difficult to get the garment bag back into the suitcase.

Also, after my 4th time using the large luggage piece, the handle

broke off!! Why are they still selling this product and what can we

consumers do about this.......MaryAnn

Yes, You wonder how this women , Joy Magano could put her name on garbage?

I felt threw $83.00 out the window for a luggage that my wife & I used only 2 times then the wheel broke off it.

Big deal. HSN points the finger to Ingenious Designs to handle my complaint, and the supervisor Tara, would not even return my message i left on her answer machine.

The company Ingenious designs said they give 1 yr. warrenty. Well how many times do you use luggage in 1 year? (This is not a coffee pot.)

I had the same problem, the wheel broke the 2nd. trip I used it.

Yes, true... the luggage is heavy and akward, and the 2nd. trip with it the wheel broke.

I agree! I purchased the smaller piece and found that once it is loaded the wheels turn sideways and it won't roll. That was fun dragging it through the Phoenix airport!! I complained and they lost it. Then they sent me the bigger one instead. Same thing happend but now I'm on my way to San Diego for a Cruise. I complained again and they offered a refund. They refunded $31.00!!! That is it! I am unable to get anywhere with this and there is no way to leave a complaint at Joy's corporte offices or at HSN!! What a rip off!!!
