In October 2005 I received an email from Bellsouth saying I f I signed

up for new service, I would receive a $30.00 gift card. I signed up and

received an email confirmation to send in to get my card on October

19th 2005. 6 weeks later I had not received my card. I emailed

bellsouth rewards and was told that the card was mailed in Novemeber. I

asked them to track or cancel the card and re issue the card. They said

they would. I waited another 6 weeks and still no card or email. I

contacted them again and they said they would send the request to their

supervisors and that in 2-3 weeks I would have a response. I waited

another weeks and nothing. I emailed again and got the same form

letter back. I requested that the matter be taken seriuos and that it

should be handled within 48 hours. I was sent an email that said to

call Bell south. I called Bellsouth today and was told all they could

do was reopen the case and get an answer in 2-3 weeks.
