I have been a customer with Providian for the last four years and have never missed a payment.My account was recently sold to SST card service. I have tried to contact them vie e-mail and the phone number that is listed on the statement, but never gets anyone. My statement shows a service charge fee, but no reason why. Someone need to find out whats going on, and Providian is behind this also.
