CIC Credit Monitoring Illegal charges

Hi,

CIC Credit Monitoring has been illegally charging my bank account ($9.95 per month) at the University Credit Union Bank, Orono for a free credit report I canceled as early as September 2005. The number to contact this organization is 800-2202626. Please take appropriate action against this organization as they don't have authorization to do this. Thank you.
