igive.com no check ever sent ,site says 165 owed to me

I have been a member of igive.com since 11/2004 .The site says it owes me over 165 dollars.I have sent many emails and never gotten a straight answer as to why they do not send me a check .I must have sent 15 emails over the years and there is no phone number to contact.I have no charity ,check sent to self checked off and they have all my correct info on file.So far this whole site feels like a scam to me.I am going to use ebates.com from now on.I hope no one uses igive.com
