This email is to alter consumers regarding a company called GR Frequencies. The so called company sells electronic devices for home. Below is their caption as you enter their web-site: www.grfrequencies.com

Sounds great and the site looks pretty good, but this is "not" a company as you are led to believe. This is a husband and wife working out of their basement in Illinois. The issue is that they readily will take your credit card for purchasing products, but then do not ship the purchased products as agreed. Follow-up by email on status of order is ignored. Phone calls are not answered. Answering machines do not even identify the company name. DO NOT ORDER from this company of you are expecting shipment of product for your money.
If you go to the better business bureau site www.bbb.com and do a national search on this so called company you will find any similar complaints about this company. They are being investigated by the local Lovington, IL police and local Sheriff's department. They will claim they are legitimate but it is important for the consumers to know when they are dealing with an actual company controlling the products vs. someone who is just processing internet order. They have no customer service department so once your place that order, you are on your own. The common excuse provided on many complaints is that they are having inventory problems. Having inventory problems is one thing, refusing to give customers order status information is another. I am taking the time to send this so others will not be put through the problems I and many others are experiencing with this company.
If you are having similar experiences you should call the local better business bureau for that region. (314)645-3300. The only way these type of situations can be corrected is if we the consumers take action to not allow this type of operation to keep doing business as they are today.
