Nextel Phone Contract

Filled a claim for a lost phone I860 through Signal which the contract was purchased from Nextel. When I filled the claim with Signal they disallowed the claim stating that I didn't have a I860 which I had forwarded them the receipt of purchase as requested. After going back and forth numerous times and being put on hold for extended periods of time Nextel agreed to send me a I 530 which is a lower grade phone so I could continue to use the service. As you can read I now will have a phone of less value which was replaced by Nextel not Signal who I have been paying insurance to and have never made a claim to until this one. I believe this is a scam and would never purchase such in the future.
