I will not pay $35 when I was not disclosed there would be a charge.....& Customer Service

To whom this may concern:

I canceled my Aol Service today after many years. I have been lied to several times and the customer service is terrible. I spoke to an individual ASKKEVINANYTHING AT AOL I spoke with as Supervisior of customer service.I found Kevin to be antagonaizing and the leastt helpful. He refushed to listen and comply to my request. He documented things I felt were not appropiate to the issue I was discussing. The issue was I refused to pay $35 towards my bill when I was told I was being charged only $4.95 a month to decide whether I would committ to a 1 year contract. I was "not disclosed" there would be an overcharge after 3 hours. I told him I refused to Pay $35. Please contact the head office with my issue. Thank you!

Sincerely,
