The office made a mistake in my paperwork and told me to schedule an additional dental cleaning which was not covered by my insurance. I have an expensive dental insurance policy which covers 3 cleanings per calendar year. At my last cleaning, I thought I had completed all my allowable cleanings but the office looked over my records and told me I had only gotten two cleanings during the year. I had come in for other dental work throughout the year so I thought I must have been mistaken and the office told me I should schedule another cleaning because I still had one free cleaning allowed by my insurance. After I completed my appointment, they told me they read my records incorrectly and that they were wrong and that my final cleaning was not covered after all. My teeth are in great shape and I did not need a fourth cleaning for the year, but only scheduled it at their urging. Then I was charged for the cleaning which I would not have even scheduled had it not been for them telling me I was mistaken and still had an extra cleaning available for the year. It was their mistake and it is bad business practice to convince their patients to sign up for extra unnecessary services.

I cant believe this a modern day Highway robbery, which apparently is standard at this practice. I will be placing my own review on this website soon.
