Flight cancellation

To whom it may concern:

I went to Edmonton on Dec. 17/05 from Penticton, BC

My returned trip was booked for Jan. 14/06.

I did received your notice of a flight cancellation on Dec. 23. here in Penticton Only I was no here, and

you had to know this, because my trip to Edmonton was Dec. 17/05.

My daughter called the airline the morning of Jan. 14/06 to confirm the flight numbers and the time

of my flights from Edmonton to Vancouver, and also from Vancouver to Penticton,

and she was assured that the schedule was correct. In Vancouver, I was advised that

As you well know, the flight number 8352, from Vancouver to Penticton was cancelled for the

months of Jan. and Feb.

The next, and only, flight to Penticton was at 9:00 pm .

I am 81 years old, and the wait (8 hours) at the airport was much too long.

I don't think this is acceptable, and I am very desappointed to get such a poor service.

Please advise.
