HELLO MY NAME IS JADENE GARDENER, ON 4/24/05 MY HUSBAND AND I BOUGHT A QUEEN SIZE BEDROOM SET CALLED DOLCE VITA, HAS FOOTBOARD, DRESSER, MIRROR, AMOIRE, THIS WAS THE FLOOR SAMPLE HE ALSO THREW IN 2 STAINLESS STEEL LAMPS FOR A TOTAL OF $2800. THIS PAID FOR IN FULL BY CHECK. I CURRENTLY HAVE A COPY OF THE RECEIPT IN MY POSITION. HOWEVER, OUR APARTMENT WAS NOT READY ON THE DATE OF PURCHASE, HOWEVER, BORIS OWNER STATES THAT HE WOULD DELIVER AND SET UP AND HOLD FOR 4 WEEKS WITH ANY PENALTIES. UNFORTUNATELY THE APARTMENT WAS STILL NOT READY IN 4 WKS, AND IN ABOUT 10/2005, WE WENT BACK, AND BORIS TOLD US THAT IT WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM HOLDING IT, AND IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM HE WOULD CALL US TO PICK. THE SET WAS AT THE STORE BROKEN DOWN IN PARTS. ON JANUARY 20, 2006, WE WENT TO THE ABOVE LOCATION AND IT IS SHUT DOWN WITH NO SIGNS AS TO IF AND WHERE GALLERY FURNITURE IS RELOCATED. WE WENT TO THE NEIGHBOR STORES AND HE ADVISED US THAT THIS STORE WAS FORCED TO PACK AND LEAVE THE PREMISSES A WEEK AGO. THE NEIGHBORS ALSO STATES THAT SEVERAL OTHER FURIOUS AND UPSET CUSTOMERS WITH FURNITURE OF MORE VALUE WAS IN SEARCH OF THIS STORE.
