Pondicherry branch.
I have deposited rupees eleven thousand in your Andhra bank pondicherry branch on 20.1.2006 at 10.25 a.m , today .i went to near by Karur Vyvsa bank ATM at pondicherry to withdraw an amount of eleven thousand by using my (visa electron) card issued by the Andhra bank pondicherry branch , only visa card came out from ATM machine requested money of eleven thousand rupees did not come out from the ATM machine. I am shocked and I am also a heart patient. immediately I went to Andhra bank pondicherry branch and enquired whether my deposit amount of rupees eleven thousand in my credit or not . Some employees of your Andhra bank , pondicherry did not give responsible answer. They proved the poor service of your Andhra bank.
After that I tried to approach the branch manager , in the mean time one of the officer helped me and verified the computer and said me that your amount has been debited today at 11.34 a.m , but I have not withdrawn any money from my visa card today. I visited the Karur Vysya bank pondicherry and enquired without withdrawing how can your ATM wrongly intimated the Andhra bank to debit the amount. They had said m to approach the Andhra bank.
So I request you Sir, to arrange to get my money immediately to save my health, other wise , I will proceed with legal action against the Andhra bank pondicherry branch for exploiting the public sector servants like me . I am working in UNITED INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY LTD. Divisional office pondicherry.
