On 8/21/2005 I purchased a timeshare from Vacation Village at Parkway. At the time of sale and agreement I had paid the entire timeshare off in full by credit card. (Which people don't usually do.) I signed the so called required papers and items which I signed and received were checked off on. The company had given me a several booklets and documents in the package. Being that they were so much papers I had signed and information I had really no idea of what should be in the package. After my review of the information which I had in my possession I was told by other people in the timeshare industry that a copy of the deed of what I purchased should also be there. I did not have a copy of the deed. After finding this out and reading their contact it states items below:

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS PURCHASE CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN TEN (10) CALENDAR DAYS AFTER THE DATE YOU SIGN THIS CONTRACT OR THE DATE ON WHICH YOU RECEIVE THE LAST OF ALL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE GIVEN TO YOU PURSUANT TO SECTION 721.07 (6), FLORIDA STATUTES.

Being that I was never given a copy of the deed nor even the actual deed up until this date 1/22/2006 I had sent them a letter dated back on 11/22/2005 requesting a full refund and that this contract be canceled. I had sent a certified letter to the company, and they responded back saying "Oh you should have received a copy of the deed." I spoke to Sigrid Stupelman who I asked to have refund my credit cards and cancel the contract state "Oh I don't think they will do that." I asked her to send me in witting that they are refusing to refund my money. 2 weeks after this request they send me a Federal Express Envelope in the mail saying "Here are the documents you had received on the date of purchase." Just so happens in that packet of information, there is a copy of the deed.

They company has not kept up there end of the contact and trying to cover this up. In the check-list of items I received there is no indication that a copy of the deed was ever given to me. I am requesting a full refund. Until this day, I have not heard back from the company.
