My Husband and I stopped by Burger King in Tuscaloosa (address above) on 01/23/06 at 10:30am. There were other customers already sitting down having their meals. When approached the counter there was no other customers waiting to order and there was no one behind the counter to take our order, As we waited for someone to appear,,We heard loud shouting coming from the back. It was the Manager (Debbie) doing the shouting at the employees. She was telling them how they should be doing their job at her restaurant. My Husband and I had heard enough...The way she was yelling at the employees got us really mad and we started to walk out and go else where to eat. If she wanted them to do their job,,then why did she have them in the back ,,instead of out front taking orders. I know to run a business everyone has to do their job..But she should have kept her voice down. Everyone in the dining area heard every word that was said. That type of problem should have been explained to the employees in private. After waiting for about 5 minutes a Lady(not the manager) finally came up to the front and took our order. She apologized for the way the manager was acting. The manager should have been the one to apologize,,not the employee.

We have decided not to go back to that location to eat..We don't like the respect the manager has for the customers or her employees.
