Tata Indicom Broadband Service. Hello, We applied for our cable and high speed internet to be installed by Tata Indicom Broadband.One, A guy from Syndicate technologies-Tirumalghiri-Hyderabad. (Don't know what this company has to do with Tata Indicom) visits our house for all the details and registration money. He promised us to get this connection within 4-7 business days. It was scheduled to be installed for December 3rd week. We didn't get any response for almost 2 weeks and then started the follow-up sessions. I have been continuously reminding and requesting for an update about my application. There was a call suddenly from one of the persons (don't know from which company, Tata or syndicate) that my username and password was ready-God knows for what??? coz the connection was not yet there. I told them the same and requested to escalate this issue. Then another guy calls up and says that the connection is ready and he needs to verify everything. As appointed we stay at home for the guy, leaving office and to our surprise he comes and says the cables are not laid yet and his will take a week at least. He was not aware if anyone else would arrive to do the installation. No one ever did. After a week, we were frustrated and called customer care for money back ASAP, there is no response yet. I had asked to speak with a supervisor on numerous occasions who promised a callback and sent in an e-mail to someone requesting that it be scheduled sooner. Today, 22nd January, 2006, I call them up and warn them of sueing the company today and no one bothered to show or call in the time frame specified. I would like Complaints site to register this in their site and make it available on high priority as the first site on search from Google and Yahoo so that NOBODY goes for this kind of hypothetical connections.I do NOT want to deal with the TATA Indicom any longer due to the duress we have suffered and the horrible service. I would like assistance from any of the board members to find an attorney so we can sue this company for money we have lost and mental duress we have suffered. I want my money back immediately and also an apology from whoever is responsible for this. I would also like to know who we can report this company to so they can not do this to anymore people.
