capital one I would like for you to post this complaint on your website. I recently opened a credit card with Capital One because they sent me a special offer. First of all, the offer that I was promised is not the one that I was given. Second, their customer service is horrible. I just called and got someone with a heavy accent (seems they outsource overseas) who really could not help me. Seems they have to read a script instead of being able to speak intelligently. I'm not interested in Capital One fixing anything for me because as soon as my promotion expires I'm paying the balance in full and closing my account. I've never done business with Capital One before but thought I'd give them a try. What a big mistake! This is once company I wont do business with again!
