Whrilpool faulty Washing Machine

Sir,

Sub: Faulty Washing Machine delivered and not replaced since a month.

This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased 2 whirlpool product on 24th Dec 2005 Fully Automated Washing machine and 250 Lt Fridge.

Washing machine has never worked after a demo was given by Technician who visited at home, It has some problem with the main motor which create huge sound, Technician was sent to the site and confirm that unit need replacement, Since then I have been following up the Sales person at Viveks Show room – R T Nagar and Whirl Pool representatives, Today I spoke Srinivas on 9241095271 and he said his manager is not available till Monday to take a decision. Things do not seems to be moving fast as some or the other excuses are available.

I hope you understand urgency in this matter and help me to get the replacement of the washing machine.
