I have a PC at home that I want to remotely monitor to see what kind of

activity goes on while I'm away from the house. I ordered Remotespy

(www.remotespy.com) from CyberSpy Software, LLC because their product says

that once their software module is installed on the target PC, it will

upload files to their server for viewing via a username and password. So

basically, I am supposed to be able to log onto their server to view the

logs that have been uploaded from my home PC. The problem I'm having with

their software is that "THERE ARE NO LOGS BEING UPLOADED TO THEIR SERVER."

Everytime I go to check the activity of my PC, their server tells me that

the logs are empty. This has been going on from day one; the logs are

always empty and it takes their tech support about 3-5 days to respond back.

I actually had to send their 3rd party billing company an email to have

them respond back to my posts in the trouble ticket I opened with them. In

one of the posts in the trouble ticket; Tanya Schmidt openly says that their

server is basically having problems uploading the logs from my PC. The PC

that I installed the module on is running Microsoft ME, there's no firewall

running (internal/external), there's no router between the PC and the ISP,

and it is on dial-up. Everything that I just listed makes this PC the

easiet kind to monitor because there's nothing in the way between my PC and

their server. Remotespy cannot seem to figure out why their server isn't

getting any logs from my PC. The module is installed correctly, but it

looks as if there's an issue in either their software or their server.

Either way, it's not my fault their software isn't working properly. It has

never worked properly!! I cannot view logs from there server because their

server is unable to retrieve them. That's the sole purpose of their

software, and if it doesn't work; then they should refund my money back!!

It's been 2 weeks now, and I've basically paid for something I can't use!!

What's the purpose of that?
