Future Shop Canada

I bought a fridge from Future Shop .ca on the 21st of Dec. 2004. I was promised delivery on the 24th. They didn’t go the right address. Since then I have been told many times that they would get in touch with me. They have not. I paid for the fridge and it really looks like they are going to keep my fridge and my money. I have never been involved in such a rip off in my life.
