CIC*Credit Monitor Unauthorized Credit Charge

i was billed for CIC*Credit Monitor and when i went to the listed site http://www.freecreditprofile.com i found a phone number and called it only to be put on hold for 20 to 30 minutes when i finally got through to someone they said that they didn't have me on file and that it could have been to one of the other credit profile companies they deal with and they conviently did not have the phone number to any of the other companies they deal with how do i go about canceling that unauthorized subscription?
