Ordered a scanner with a 12 v accessory and shipping to be 2nd day air with insurance. Total $258.85 ....

The scanner was shipped UPS ground ($13.00) difference.

They have a 100% money back guarantee (I had the scanner 2 days) and returned it. UPS Ground with insurance. My CC# was credited $219.95. (a $25.95 difference)

Below is the Email I got from them.. What a joke. I won't by a battery from this company now.

We do owe you for shipping, the 12.95 that was taken off had to deal with a crease in the box, we had to purchase a new box, which cost 12.95
