My name is Kathy Kosik and I am having a serious problem with ABC Distributing. I ordered a PlayStation combo set back in October,2005. I received it November,2005. I bought this for a Christmas gift for my son. After my son opened it on Christmas, he realized it was missing two controllers and one of the speakers was not working right. I tried calling ABC after Christmas, but I never got through. The lines were always busy. So, I finally emailed ABC and they are giving me the run around. Also, I faxed them the invoice and they keep telling me that they don't have this invoice on file. I am very frustrated and I need your help. My email address is Email User
