I would like to express my frustration with Symantec's Norton Internet Security. I have spent 3.5 hours on the phone with Symantec about my problem. I have a 1 years subscription for updates, but Symantec says I have used up my free downloads. I paid via Visa for the download of the 2005 version. I have my payment on my check register as being paid. I have tried all the fixes that Symantec has suggested in their help pages to no avail. I still do not have my Internet Security operating as it should.
