We decided to get a Bell Expressvu satellite. It has been a nightmare ever since.


My wife had phoned Bell to get stations off that we did not want or could afford. They did not take theses stations off after 4 phone calls and trying to cancel them over the satellite receiver. The bill got so high they cut us off. So we asked them to cancel our contract. So that was another 200 dollars onto our bill. 5 months later we phoned them back and said if they dropped the 200 dollars for the canceled contract we would reconnect with them. They said ok and did so. So our bill was at 0 .


We just got our first bill and it still says we owe 200 dollars for the cancelled contract. I told them they would not reconnect me without the bill being at 0 so how could I owe 200 still.


During this reconnect we told them we lost the card for the satellite. They told us they would send us a new one and if we found the old one to phone and tell them this and just send the new card back with no extra cost.


We did find the card before the new one came. But they charged us for the card anyways. Which brought our bill up too 269.00 owing.


But if I owe them money they say they will not reconnect the satellite. So how could I owe 269 dollars and still get hooked back up?
