BLUE GREEN VACATION CLUB

My wife and l went to Branson for a meeeting.there we were told that if we were told that if we did not use the time share, the rental from the property couldbe used to pay the mortgage or the maintance fees which is $1100. per yr.

About two month in to the mortgage l called to tell them we wanted the property rented to cover the cost of the fees. A year later we started to get bills for the fees l called again they told me l have to pay the fees and l am already paying $425.00 per month for the mortgage.

l have paid in over $17,000.00 in payments to BLUE GREEN VACATION CLUB AND L AHVE NOT USED THE TIME SHARE OR ANYHTING TO THAT EFFECT.THE COMPANY IS ALSO BILLING ME AN EXTRA $3,485.00 FOR FEES,. THIS IS OUTRAGOUS. BLUE GREEN VACATION CLUB OPERATES IN A DECETIVE MANNER , VERY UNFAIR TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. THE COMPANY IS VERY DECETIVE IN SIGNING UP PEOPLE WHO ARE SEEKING A VACATION CLUB.

NOW I LOST $17,00.00. PAID OUT ALL THIS MONEY AND I NEVER USED OR SEE WAHT AM PAYING FOR. I HOPE WHOEVER READS THIS DONT GO NEAR BLUE GREEN VACATION CLUB. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS L DID BUYING THE TIME SHARE FROM BLUE GREEN VACATION CLUB
