regarding a html web page

if u open da link the page shows sehwag and above it is a nike advertisement. The shoe comes directly over sehwag picture. that is not a big issue as he is just a cricket player.But if there is any pic such as god or president etc.who are named and praised highly,then that wud create a mis understanding among the yahoo clients.this may lead to defaming famous personality and your service.could u plz consider this and in future do not keep that type of flash pages.
